Closetboard for iPhone

Your stylist, inside your closet.

A stylist works best when they can see what you already own. Closetboard puts your whole wardrobe on your phone, cut out and ready to pin into outfits, so a session in Berlin or over video starts with your real clothes, not a rail of new ones.

  • Share your closet with your stylist. They see every piece you own and build looks from them on a board, between appointments too.
  • Say yes or no to each look. Looks they make for you arrive in their own album, with their notes beside your pieces.
  • Pieces they suggest land in your wish list, where you can try them against what you own before buying.
  • Keep it going on your own. Style me finds outfits you’ve never worn together, for the day’s weather, from the same closet.

For stylists

Run your client work in Closetboard.

Stylist mode gives you a client list, each client’s closet on your phone, a library of pieces to suggest, an inbox and your bookings, in the same app your clients use. Work with clients in another city as easily as next door.

Before you book

What a personal stylist actually does.

Most stylists sell a few set sessions. These are the ones you’ll see most often in this directory, and what you get from each.

Wardrobe edit

Going through what you own with you: what to keep, alter, sell or give away, and which outfits are already hiding in there.

  1. Look at their own clothes and clients. A stylist’s Instagram or portfolio tells you more about their eye than their prices do.
  2. Book the smallest session first. A colour analysis or a short call shows you how they work before a full day’s shopping.
  3. Ask what you keep afterwards. Outfit photos, a shopping list, a swatch card: the best sessions leave you dressing better on your own.

Questions

Good to know.

How much does a personal stylist cost in Berlin?

Of the 3 stylists here who publish prices, the cheapest sessions start at €100 (online style consultation) and the highest starting price is €349 (wardrobe organising); the middle is around €120. Colour analysis and short online sessions tend to cost least, a full wardrobe edit or a day’s shopping most. Prices are from the stylists’ own websites, checked 21 October 2026.

Can I work with a stylist online?

Yes: 3 of the 5 stylists here offer sessions over video, so you don’t have to live nearby. You show them your wardrobe on camera or in photos, and they send outfit plans and shopping links afterwards.

What happens in a wardrobe edit?

The stylist goes through your wardrobe with you, piece by piece: what to keep, what to alter, what to let go, and which outfits you already own but haven’t tried. Most leave you with a list of the few pieces that would make the rest work. It usually takes two to four hours.

Do personal stylists work with men?

Yes. 1 of the 5 stylists listed here say they style men; use the Menswear filter to see them. Many others will too if you ask.

Are these stylists paid to be listed?

No. Every listing comes from the stylist’s own public website, and nobody pays to be here or to be higher up: the order is alphabetical. Closetboard doesn’t take a fee when you book. Stylists can ask us to add, change or remove their listing.
