Before you book

Body shape, explained.

Body shape styling is about proportion and fit: the cuts, lengths, rises and necklines that work for your frame, so getting dressed stops being guesswork. A good stylist frames it around what you like to wear, not around rules about hiding anything.

It’s usually part of a style consultation, often alongside colour analysis, and it makes shopping faster afterwards because you know what to look for.

How much a personal stylist costs

Closetboard for iPhone

Your stylist, inside your closet.

A stylist works best when they can see what you already own. Closetboard puts your whole wardrobe on your phone, cut out and ready to pin into outfits, so a session in Madrid or over video starts with your real clothes, not a rail of new ones.

  • Share your closet with your stylist. They see every piece you own and build looks from them on a board, between appointments too.
  • Say yes or no to each look. Looks they make for you arrive in their own album, with their notes beside your pieces.
  • Pieces they suggest land in your wish list, where you can try them against what you own before buying.
  • Keep it going on your own. Style me finds outfits you’ve never worn together, for the day’s weather, from the same closet.

For stylists

Stylist mode gives you a client list, each client’s closet on your phone, your own booking website, a diary that keeps itself and your invoices, in the same app your clients use. 14 days free. Already listed here? Claim your listing and it becomes your booking page.

Questions

Good to know.

How much does body shape styling cost in Madrid?

Of the 3 stylists here who publish prices, starting prices run from €97 to €600, with the middle around €300. Starting prices are each stylist’s cheapest session; fuller sessions and packages cost more. Checked 21 October 2026.

What should I ask before booking?

How they measure or assess fit. Whether it comes with a shopping list or examples. Whether alterations are part of the advice. In person or online. And look at their own work first: a stylist’s portfolio or Instagram tells you more about their eye than their prices do.

Can I book body shape styling online?

Yes: 5 of the 6 stylists here also work over video, so you don’t need to be in Madrid. You show them your wardrobe on camera or in photos.

Are these stylists paid to be listed?

No. Every listing comes from the stylist’s own public website, nobody pays to be here or to be higher up, and the order is alphabetical. Closetboard takes no fee when you book.
